V1 is non-swing out at the moment.
Had some interest after posting, so I'm opening this up to order.
SCX10 2 tire carrier for the Jeep XJ. Has a jerry can mount and a Hi-Lift carrier as well.
The jerry cans are a tight fit but I suggest a strap or glue/tape if you're a lead foot. The hi-lift mount is just a cradle, you need to make your own latching system for it, I'm planning on using a couple of small rubber bands.
this is designed for the stock JCR bumper only.
I removed my rear hatch trim panel to bring it in closer to the body, but thats optional.
