The (CFTBL) Movie Poster Mod is for the Creature From The Black Lagoon pinball and installed into the backis rhs corner of the playfield/
There are 2 parts at Shapeways, and then you will need some lighting parts from Comet Pinball and lastly print off some already designed mini-posters that are 6x4" digital photo prints ready for printing - contact Swinks Pinball for the posters for free.

The hole is meant to be tapped with a 4mm thread and locked in to place with a 4mm x 10 or 12mm button screw (or a imperial equivalent).
The cheaper material is just fine for this part - just giving you options.
