1:50 concrete pipe / lifting hook

Based on Caldwell CPL-15 hook. Prototype has 30,000# capacity. Chain can be used to model with excavator of your choice.

For optimum results and least amount of finishing, I recommend the Frosted Detail plastics, but any of the others should print well.
