Designed to fit Micro Four Thirds Lenses only. See the video at the bottom of the page.
This double sided lens cap allows you to stack two lenses back to back. This allows for better storage in your bag. It is the same thickness as two lens caps. It makes it easier to swap out your lens. You can dock the lens you removed from the camera to the back of the lens you are about to install.
The lens grips on this cap are the same as the twist-to-remove caps that come with a typical lens. It does not lock, but has a tighter grip than the regular lens cap.
Two lanyard loops on each side allow you to attach a strap for easy removal from your bag. Please do not rely on it to hold a lens swinging around in free space.
Available in nine colors. One cap per order.
About the material:
Made from strong nylon plastic.
This part is made from sintered plastic powder. To ensure all powder is removed: It is recommended that you wash the part using rubbing alcohol prior to use. Allow product to dry before use.
Nylon is a porous material and will absorb moisture. This can actually help dry condensation from lenses attached to the cap. However, if the cap is exposed to water, allow the cap to dry before use.
