Phwee Populator class Colony Ship

The biggest ship in the Phwee arsenal, the Populator is designed to fly down to a reasonably pleasant colonization spot, obliterate everything nearby regardless of any current habitation, and permanently land in the resulting crater. They still haven't figured out why this makes them unpopular.
