<p>Able to carry up to 8 RIM-7 Sea Sparrow  or RIM-162 ESSM missiles, the Mk 29 provides a highly effective defensive screen around the ships it's mounted on. The Mk 29 Guided Missile Launching System, GMLS, is used on many modern warships in many countries' navies.
