HO Scale EMD GA8

This is an HO scale (1:87 proportion) model of an Electro-Motive Division GA8. The GA8 was a narrow gauge diesel-electric roadswitcher designed for export to foreign countries.

This body shell is not designed to fit any particular chassis.  The interior dimensions are:

• 28.6 millimeters between the side sills
• 16.2 millimeters from the top of the rails to the underside of the walkways
• 109.9 millimeters between the end sills
• 16.6 millimeters between the insides of the hood
• 37.5 millimeters from the rails to the inside top of the hood
