Product Description
This is the rear hinge for the CrossCanyon chassis when using the NewBright 4dr Jeep JKU body. This item must be used with the CrossCanyon battery tray item to complete the rear mount system.
This item will be mounted to the rear frame holes on the CrossCanyon and sits inslde the rear battery tray. It will hinge on these 2 back holes, and remain with the body.
This item is to be aligned under the interior pan, and against the inside of the rear tailgate. It will be glued to the rear body of the Jeep inside the tailgate area. This will become the body mount and hinge for the rear of the truck. We recommend using E6000 or ShoeGoo for gluing this item. The hardware required to complete the hinge and mount is 2 screws M3x16 and 2 M3 locknuts.
You are required to clean out all holes with a 3mm or 1/8 inch drill before assembly.
