Product Description
This is a simple alternative for the Cinetape pan and tilt mechanism. You replace the Cinetape's pan/tilt mechanism with this part to enable you to screw a noga arm directly into the unit.
Instructions
1. Separate the parts by removing the two sprues. Make sure you remove all the sprue material otherwise the top will not fit properly.
2. You will need to supply a 1/4"UNC 'half height' nut (sometimes called a locking nut) to drop into the slot in the main part. Only a 'half height nut' will fit. It is 4.1mm high as opposed to the 5.7mm high 'full nut'.
3. Once the nut is in place, push the top into place and make sure it fits without any gaps. Once you are happy with the fit, you can use superglue to fix it in place.
4. Unscrew the two screws holding the pan/tilt mechanism on your Cinetape horns and screw this part in place using the same two screws.
