Oblong Interlocked Mobius

The Mobius surface has only one surface in the 3D Euclidian space, and only one boundary, being an unorientable object. Like many others, I cut my Blender teeth modeling an interlocked Mobius bangle that I decided to stretch on one axis to obtain an oblong shape. Since we cannot print interlocking parts in steel I decided to add a thin 1 mm in diameter pillar on a side that can be easily snapped with a pair of small wire cutters. And voila, a nice little clinking sound, a perfect ellipse and an interesting pendant to tell stories about.
