3 Gear Laydown Hole Guide V2

This is the hole guide for drilling the tub on your TRF211XM or TRF201XR/XM/XMW to create the mounting points for the 3 gear laydown conversion V2. You need to bolt the hole guide to the existing battery stop holes in the tub using the middle set of holes. The plate should be orientated so the holes furthest from the centre set are towards the front of the buggy. Now using the holes as a guide drill through all four using a 3.05mm or 3.1mm drill bit. The rear holes are for the gearcase support legs. The front holes are the new battery stop position. You need to open out the holes using a file (on the aluminium deck) or an XACTO knife (on the TRF211 deck) to allow for the heads of countersunk screws to keep the underside of the deck smooth.
