This mount has been refined by a range of different racers to help improve the efficiency of your Motor cooling fan. Using concept from the world of motorsport, and Bernoulli's principle. The air is efficiently blown onto your motor help keep it cooler than conventional mounts.
It is compatible with a wide range of onroad 1/10 touring cars. You simply affix the motor to it (You may need to thread out the screw holes, and clear out any dust). With the Fan attached to the mount, you then position it 1-2mm away from your motor on the chassis with some high quality Double sided tape. You can easily remove it when changing your gearing and re-stick it back on the chassis.
When looking at the fan mount, you will need to have around 20-23 mm of space in front or behind the the motor. The depth of the unit is 20mm, howevever it envelops part of the motor. You need 10mm (+ Your fan Depth which is usually 10mm for a 30mm fan) of space to fit the mount.
The width is 40mm as you would expect. The mount can hang off the side of the chassis and the edges are rounded so it doesnt hit the surface.
