Ramas, the Human Rogue Criminal

Ramas is a friendly enough fellow, but no one really knows him. He seems quite unassuming, unless you have worked with him or know him from another circle of life. There, in dark community of the underbelly of the city is his true form revealed. He's a messenger. No one knows who he really works for, but he delivers his "messages" for many powerful people. If you know the name of Ramas, then you know enough to fear him, or at least enough not to cross him. Those that do cross him, promptly receive a mysterious message they never forget.
