I have always been fascinated by embroidery and its variety of patterns and possibilities. The pattern of the simple Cross Stitch gave me the inspiration for this ring. What would it look like if you took the fabric away and were just left with the thread? And voilà, you have the Cross Stitch Ring! The Ring is 3D printed in Nylon and hand dyed black. The surface of the Nylon reminds one of fabric, velvet or thread, while being strong and pliable. It is very pleasant to wear. The Ring is waterproof, but I suggest taking it off when you wash your hands, so that the soap doesn’t get stuck in the fibres.
