Brass pendant of hexachlorobenzene electroplated in gold. Why hexachlorobenzene? Because this was the molecule whose structure a prominent female scientist, Kathleen Lonsdale, determined by x-ray diffraction, which confirmed that benzene was a flat molecule. Also, it showed benzene having bonds of equal length, which gave way to the concept of resonance. Accommodates a chain of 2 mm in width.
