During the 'phoney war' Fokker of Holland were seeking possible export markets for their designs and the Mitsubishi Army Type 0 was one result of this. The most tangible surviving evidence for the existence of this Fokker XXIII derivative is that it was assigned the code name 'Harry' by US intelligence. This model retains the general size and layout of the original design but with radial engines.
The spherical recess underneath the model is for mounting it on a 6mm BB.
