Copy of the oldest Christian crucifix is known Danish
It was found , in 2016 ,by an amateur archaeologist has found an ancient crucifix in excellent condition in a field of Aunslev, a town on the Danish island of Funen, thanks to its metal detector. The cross 4.1 centimeters in length and 13 grams, has a small ring on top and probably used a Viking woman.
The object, which could provide the first half of the tenth century, indicate that the Danes embraced the Christian religion several decades earlier than previously thought.
The fact that this finding has been dated to this period is very revealing, since it would indicate that the Danes embraced the Christian religion years earlier than thought. In fact, it has much relevance to reset the historical record of the country and "will have to appear in the history books in the future"
