1/25 Scale USDR Cert. Pro Stock Mustang Slot Car

This body kit is for the 2013 Pro Stock Ford Mustang and contains the certified/stamped main (one piece) body shell and two stamped rear wings. These bodies are stamped with the USDR serial number (FM01) and are designed to fit the body template of the same serial number (FM01).  The racer will find all window flanges printed into these bodies to ease installation of all glass (racer supplied).  Also, to help keep that look just right, a special feature of these USDR certified bodies is the slight reduction in the size of the rear and front wheelwell openings to better match the standard tires/wheels used in the slotcar racing.

 

The two rear wings vary slightly in design to allow the racer a chance to experiment and find the wing and angle that works best for his particular setup.  The racer will find two wing mounting bosses manufactured into the rear tunk lid and both rear wings to ease the work necesary to mount and adjust the rear wings.  Just clean up the preprinted holes with a 1/32 drill bit and insert a piece of 1/32 aluminum rod into the holes and the wing is mounted.  Then just bend the rod as needed to adjust the wing to the desired angle.
