1/100 T-22 Turret

One of my own designs (which has absolutely nothing to do with the American T-22, it's just how I organise my models), this is essentially a twin-gun version of an IS-3 turret. The guns move independently, because according to my calculations, the recoil force of firing two 122-mm cannons at the same time is so great that it would dislocate the turret bearings and cause it to jam. Therefore, the guns cannot be fired at the same time, and are instead used to either fire upon two targets at once or to maximise the damage when bombarding a large area. Because the base clip is the same as on all of my other turrets, this will fit on my model KV chassis, even though it is not meant to. The T-22-122 turret is meant to fit on the IS-3 chassis, which I have not designed yet.
