Bipod holder - large

This is a bipod leg holder for surveying.  It uses a ball bugee to hold the bipod legs to the rod and zip ties to hold itself to the rod.  A small piece of inner tube glue on the inside would stop it from crawling up and down the rod.  The rod holding area is 30 mm to keep the pressure down so that carbon fiber rods can still be used.  This is for big rods and it will work best with a 1-3/4" or 2" rod with a 1-1/4" rod being the smallest to fit
