Product Description
- This is a fan made model, intended to be used as the vacuum forming template for Thomas visor.
- This print is more suitable for a thick material visor, that will require heat to be bent. If you prefer, you can use this file to laser cut a shape that will fit the visor after propper bending: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B87YOb2Lj-9kZFRJX3BSQmp5TFU/view?usp=sharing.
- To be cost effective the model was designed with only the front part, that will guarantee the correct shape for the visor.
- YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THIS MODEL FOR FREE! : ).
- May require finishing with filler primer or wood filler and wet sanding.
- The step delineate the actual visor area and also create a guide that will help cutting the visor out. You will have to close/fill the rest of the shape so as it doesn't get stuck into the vacuum formed plastic.
