O&K Patent Track 0n2 12.7mm Gauge

The standardized, flexible physical plant played a major role spreading the use of industrial tramways.
Especially in farm, and lumber work prefabricated track frames were used, that were designed for fast relocation by only a few men.
The usual "snap track" frames were about 16 (5 meters) or 23 feet (7 meters) long. Aside from this most tramway manufacturers also offered so called "Patent Track". This consisted of track frames maximum 6-1/2 feet long, and was simply hooked up to the next frame by specially designed connectors. These frames were so light, that they could be moved, laid down and mounted by a single worker.
There were no typical turnouts, but climbing points, hooked to curved tracks that layed upon the "main-line" tracks, and on additional wooden supports.
This 3D print contains 8 tangent tracks, and 4 curved tracks, 2 ea. right and left, and 2 pairs of points. All tracks may be connected like the prototype, and are designed for scenic use, or with battery powered equipment.
Model Patent Track is available for the two most important extra-narrow model gauges in American, and European 0-scale: 0e (16.5mm) & 0f (12.0mm), and 0n30 (16.5mm) & 0n2 (12,7mm / 1/2in.), respectively.
