Alas, I have tried on numerous occasions to re size her to a smaller scale. But it just isn't going to work out at this time. It was my first major 3D model and so much of the wire structure is being held together by a wing and a prayer as it is. When I go to resize it, the structure just denigrates. Sketch up just can't handle the change up to enough decimal points to hold it together. Hopefully I will soon be getting a new comp so I can work with a better rendering program. Then I can get her into a smaller scale.
