Hand-Crank Fan - slim

Hand-Crank Fan - slim 3d printed rendering
Not For Sale
This model is a slim (and less expensive) version of the original Hand-Crank Fan, and both models are still being tweaked a bit before they are released for sale.

This model is specifically designed for the loose tolerances of the WSF materials, and is a single print with six moving parts, although not really effective as a real fan. The entire model is printed with all of the parts in position; nothing is assembled post-production. The 1:9 gear ratio (made of two sets of gears each with a 1:3 gear ratio) makes the fan blades rotate nine times around for every single rotation of the crank. The grip of the handle rotates freely as well.

@vince21928 - the radius of the circular guard is 2.5 inches, which makes the circumference about 15.71 inches.
