Product Description
Canadian National Railways built thirteen single ended snowplows at their Transcona Shops in 1938, # 55600-55612. In 1954, another plow was built to this plan at Moncton, but was of all- welded construction. It was numbered 65613.
This N scale part provides the cupola for these plows. No rivet detail has been included- there will be some texture on the part from printing, and it's far easier to sand and prime first, then add rivet detail using surface detail decals from either Archer or MicroMark.
Of course, 65613, being a totally smooth welded plow, will require no rivets, is the easiest of this series to model.
You will need to buy the body (available at my shop on Shapeways:

) for this car.

In 1939, four closely related double ended plows were built at Transcona, # 55696-55699. These are also available!
