About this Product

Golomb rulers are imaginary lines with a series of marks where the distance between every pair of marks is unique. The number of marks on the ruler describes its order (for example, order seven means there are seven marks on the ruler ) and a ruler of a certain order is considered optimal if is the shortest possible ruler with a given number of marks.

This pendant visualizes all five optimal Golomb rulers of order seven discovered by John P. Robinson and Arthur J. Bernstein in 1967:
