Hi! so I'm having this message quite often when I try to upload a model: "oh no, something went wrong... try again in a few minutes." I don't understand what is the problem. Is it the file, the model or the upload that is not working? when trying again it never works. This time I tried again with a different file format. First time was .dae , I reupload same model as .obj ; it worked, comes out as printable, but the color is not there. (it is a colored model) anyone has a clue? I'm exporting from Meshmixer if that can make any difference thanks for your help. g
I gave it another go, but this time I used a different file type. I uploaded the identical model twice; once in.dae and once in.obj; both times the model printed successfully, but without color. Anyone recognize this (it's a colorful model)! drift hunters 2
