I don't know how to work the shapeways store to make the blocks available to the public for printing, but I'll see if I can figure it out. If you're planning to use them as I am for plaster copies, I can sell you a copy of the mold for about the same price as a 3D print (assuming it works). Send me a PM and let me know what you're looking for.
There... Click the "change" link, choose "Display to the public" and "Offer for sale to others", and then click "Update". (Next step would be to disable the materials which are senseless for the specific model (in this case like glass, ceramic silver etc.), but that's basicaly just to give the shop a tidy look.)
