Can Straight Cavities Have Escape Holes Below The Minimum?

I am trying to put an escape hole on a small but bulky 50 mm model, but the minimum hole diameter for sandstone is indicated as 25 mm for a single hole, and 10 mm for multiple. I imagine these dimensions to have been arrived at from experience trying to empty up cavities with all types of odd shapes, but what about a cavity that simply goes straight into the model with no curves, as in a cylindrical Boolean? Wouldn't it be possible to remove the material inside by either simply shaking against gravity, or digging it with a needle?

If not, is it possible to post models with different geometries at different sizes for the same marketplace entry? The plan would be to upload the 50 mm version as a solid piece, and only use hollowing for the bigger sizes.
