IN your store or in the cart? I am locked out of my cart - currently have 90+ items to order and I haven't been able to access since Tuesday last week. Any thoughts? I opened up a new account -went to my shop selected an item...placed it in the cart and I was able to view it. I also had my sister try to access my account's shopping cart (with my user name and password) and she also get to the same 504 time out error. Anybody else run into this.... Help!!
Hi Gary, unfortunately your cart maxed out but we can remove some models so you can access it again. A second order can then be placed, and combined into the same shipment. I replied to your email and just sent another follow up again today.
