Hi Everyone, I am new to shapeways and 3d printing so had some questions. I have a model I made in Zbrush and want to print it out. Whats the standard workflow? Do I use decimation master to lower it and then 3D print exporter? I couldn't seem to find any tutorials or directions on how to go about this. Also does this look think enough? Thanks Ruby
Ruby, it's hard to tell how thick it is with nothing to scale it to. Also which material are you aiming for, as each of them have a different thickness requirement. As for your zbrush model, read thru these for help getting it uploaded https://www.shapeways.com/forum/index.php?SQ=0eb65b2b392bed82 abf62609b98569ab&t=search&srch=zbrush&field=subj ect&forum_limiter=&search_logic=AND&sort_order=D ESC&author= (forum search for zbrush in the subject)
Thanks going to bite the bullet and order it in white ultra detail, stainless steel and glossy bronze.
