    Hello all,

I am a very very amateur 3d artist, self taught mostly, so granted I have a bit to learn still. The question I have is I have designed a few different items in Strata 3D that I designed in 1/6 scale format. In my most recent case I designed a staff design that's roughly 1.5" wide x 6" tall.

I turned it into a polygon group, exported the .obj file and uploaded it.
Everytime I upload the model I get an error saying the dimensions are something like 120" tall and it's too big to print.

When I select everything in my document, only the staff is selected and it shows the dims listed above.

I don't know what I am doing wrong?

It seems the website is reading the entire pasteboard or something and there is nothing there.

Again I'm newish to this but I know my object is sized correctly.

    Please help!

Can you share the file with us? What exactly were the dimensions the email said the file was?

Hmm, I did some additional digging around last night and found a chart that said with Strata, I need to be exporting .dae files, whatever that is. It was one of the settings I had, so I was able to get my model uploaded with no issues.

I ordered a couple prints to see how the quality is!

    Pretty excited.
