I honestly am not sure where to ask this. I've been searching on the site and I can't find my products that I have for sale. I know how to access them through my profile but just through a regular search I can't find them. I'm just worried that the designs I have for sale aren't being seen. And I apologize if this is in the wrong forum but like I said, I'm not sure where to ask this.

I was initially using the exact, entire title. When I searched certain keywords I eventually found them.
Shapeways search is notorious for not working. In particular, the full title not finding the item is a known bug since at least August last year. I guess we think searching is a simple thing because the interface is simple, but in practice 'at scale' it's not. Full title searches are not the typical use case - I believe Shapeways is trying to optimise for showing customers what they might want - that is, filtering rather than finding an exact match. (I didn't say they were succeeding.) I'm not trying to apologise for it, rather : don't hold your breath.
