Hello! I uploaded a ring pattern (see attached) to the auto ring maker but the pattern didnt seem to get recognised. Format is Jpeg. Its grayscale sensitive to have a slight relief. All I see is the same plain ring in the mockup even though the pattern appears in the upload box. Thanks for your help!
