I desperately need someone who can design and print this little figure for me

Hi,

i have absolutely no knowledge about 3D printing and hope that somebody could help me out

i'm searching someone who can create and print this figure for me.

I would like to get this as seen on the picture as a damaged space ship (the tiny little parts beside are not necessary)
but if not possible i would alos be happy with a normal one. i dont have a 360* picture of an intact and undamaged ship but i think that all necessary details can be seen on the picture.

i'm still not sure about a size, but maybe 4x6 cm or something like that.

My questions would be:

i have seen on the internet that the most surfaces of finished 3d printed items are very rough.as you can see the surface of this piece is a little bit smoother. is there a way to get the same surface?

and my other questions would be

how accurate could this figure be replicated and what would it cost
