I could get 1kg of PLA for about $20. So for me to print 24g at home would be about 50 cents in material. But that's using my $600 printer, my electricity, my time, and it's an FDM part. Then, to sell, I'd have to print, clean, list them online, package, and ship. So, even if I pay myself minimum wage, I'd have to spend less than 4 hours of my time to sell it at $32 and break even.
