What does "...shared this into the social ocean" mean?

I look at my feed and I see some of the comments underneath each model such as "...added a new comment" or "...added this to a list," both of which are pretty self explanatory. But what does "...shared this into the social ocean" mean?

I'm not the most literate person when it comes to Twitter or Facebook, but I'm guessing it must refer to a social media application. Is this correct? How does one go about sharing a model into the social ocean?

It means any share of the product on social media : twitter , facebook , pinterest ; from the product page (buttons under buy).
