    Howdy Folks,

Broke a handmade Segway mod that a friend made out of polycarbonate, then completely redesigned it for 3D printing out via Shapeways in Strong Black and Flexible. Modo was used for creating the Sub-D model, which was frozen, uploaded as an .obj, then printed.

It was redesigned as one piece, to lower costs. The back brace fits standard bike accessories that attach to a rear seat stem. 4 interior cargo hooks were added, to allow ease of transporting or stowing small items like umbrellas, bags, etc.

I wouldn't have previously considered making this a 3D part, if it wasn't for a friend recommending I check out your site.

Very happy with the part I created and received from Shapeways. It's cool to finally be able to touch things I've modeled, after all these years.
