modeler needed to write stl file

I am looking for a modeler to write stl files from 2d drawings. This is for a High School education classroom. I have a MB Gen 5 printer but haven't learned to write files yet. Thanks.

And if you need help as follows,maybe I can help you too:
1.remove some part or hollow the stl file to save material;
2. add some parts on stl file,such as holes;
3.scale the stl file;
4.sometime,the stl dimension is too big for 3d printer,I can
divided it into some parts,and then you can assmemble them together;
5.repair the stl file to make it waterproof;
.......

So if you need edit STL file (Usually if you get stl file from 3d
scancer,maybe need to edit it),i think maybe i can help you too.
