Need worm wheel repair

Hello,

I'm looking for help to get a 3d model for a broken worm wheel that I need to replace.
Unfortunately it is non standard, so want to try a 3d print.
The outer diameter is 39 mm.

2 Pictures are included so you get a feel, detaild specs will follow if you are interested.

You'll be lucky if a 3d printed version will last one turn... Shapeways states that anything they print is for decorative purposes.
