Is it possible to create a 3D image off of regular pictures? Not just one picture but multiple from all different angles. And also is it possible to create it in pretty much the same color composition as the picture? If it is, I am looking for someone who can help me out with that.

Yes, it is very possible. I know of 2 ways: 1) You can convert the picture to grayscale and then use the heightfield and texture mapping functions in a CAD program such as Rhino. or, better yet 2) If you have many pictures, the free software 123D Catch from Autodesk can create a true colored 3D mesh.
