I have this model of a medallion Can I get one part of it printed in gold, and the rest in silver? This is for a gift.
Shapeways does not currently have the ability to mix materials. You would need design it as two models that fit together, order each part as a separate piece and then have a jeweler solder them together for you.
Probably to be less expensive to have it printed in silver, and have a jeweler plate the part you want gold in gold.
