Need help to meet my love

Hello everyone

I want to make for myself a finger ring carrying the logo of Man of Steel, Superman.

I could make the 3D logo of it & I don't know anything about how to take it further & make myself a complete finger ring.

Please check the attachment & help me out

I have attached the file carrying the details overlay that is supposed to be above the 3D logo that I've been able to make myself using Shapeways's 2D to 3D tool
When I try to do it by merging the overlay with the logo in Photoshop, it just won't work out in the 2D to 3D tool


I want to make myself this design by Thomas Swart (the Awesome but hard to crack designer), which isn't for sale anymore-

P.S. I know how to do 2D stuff in Photoshop but not the 3D
