Ornate Picture Frame

Because the size of the piece would be approx. 24" x 18" x 5", producing it as a 3D printed piece will probably be prohibitively expensive. Nevertheless, I'd like cost estimates—
* to produce a suitable file for a frame that will be very similar to the image attached
* to produce the piece in the most inexpensive material

I have some experience in something this big............If you want a ball park estimate....even in steel.......which would be one of the more expensive you could be into the thousands....I tried to do something for a client that was about that size and it came out at 3000 dollars. That's an estimate mind you but I wouldn't be surprised if it ran that high
