Hey I'm having problems uploading my models for sale. I go to the my model page and click edit model scroll down and check off view to public and for sale then at the bottom I add an amount for profit for each material and click save changes which then shows a successful save. I go to the public view of my model and it then shows the original price. What step am I missing?
The logout after saving your changes - as the owner you do not see nor pay markup for your own models.
A shot in the dark - are you using any version of Internet Explorer? If so, that is the issue. Whilst the majority of the world has moved on from non-HTML5-compliant IE, some of us haven't & Shapeways don't cater for us My workaround is to use (imo - info robbing) Chrome just to update pages & prices, then back to what I know, IE 8.0, to check everything looks as it should Otherwise, its a waiting game for all the info to be updated on Shapeways.
