    dear,
I uploaded 3 STL files without problem, and when I uploaded the 4th, during the waiting time for loading after a few seconds I got an error page:
"This page can not s' display

    • Make sure the Web address is correct https://www.shapeways.com.
    • Locate the page with your search engine.
    • Refresh the page in a few minutes. "

I try about ten times ... unsuccessfully ...
How can I download this file? The size is correct: 114 MB, format also: STL
Thank you for your fast answer.
    Best regards ,

Did you zip the file for uploading ? The maximum file size for the upload is 64MB (probably to prevent such timeouts as this one),
but a .zip file that expands to a bigger file is allowed. (Though with such a big file, it is possible that you also hit the 1 million triangle
    limit)

No email, you better upload a zip after making sure the stl file has less than 1M triangles. But it should have shown an error about size (64 megabytes, 1M triangles), not a generic "unable to display" (that's your browser reporting a problem, not the server). Sounds like the server got stuck, which has happened with small valid models.
