Customer Service email form was broken, you may need to re-send

    Hey folks,

    today we found out that our Customer Service email form has been broken for almost a week, and your messages to them may not have arrived. If you tried to contact Customer Service but didn't get a reply within 24 hours, your email was probably lost and you need to re-send it. The form is now fixed, but you can also email them directly at service@shapeways.com.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience!

    This is a nice feature to have but personally I always send an email to service@shapeways.com. Back in the day (waaay back in the day) I sent a few emails via the contact button but received no reply, and then I had lost the content of the message and also all record of when I sent it.

    I recommend email...
