Which one looks like real life? Orthographic or perspective view?

I'm new to 3D modeling. I use Blender 2.67 on Mac OSX. I have been sculpting a human head in Blender and want to 3D print it, but I'm wondering if it would look like it does in orthographic or perspective view?

In other words, which view should I do my sculpting and modeling in? My guess is that on a small scale, orthographic view is the most accurate. But it'd be nice to hear it from somebody who knows so that I don't end up printing a big head with a tiny face. Advice, please! Thanks!

I always turn off perspective in Blender. You won't have that drastic of a depth of view on small items.
