Is there some kind of way of perhaps adding something similar to a bbcode system for the edit description options, rather than expecting shop owners to know html? Speaking for myself, not all 3d designers are IT specialists! :/ EDIT: Never mind 'I have since found a good online HTML editor...
Also please make the banner sizes available somewhere, they disappear once you have already uploaded one. Did a search and got 880 x 125 pixels...but that is incorrect, seems some are using 960x 125? Not a web developer, but would it be easy enough to have a resize feature for images installed? Sorry about all the questions..I see some similar issues are addressed in the customization post below.
