I'm looking for a modeler to create a medium to high detailed exterior-only model of the historical landmark, formerly located in Berlin, the Palast Der Republik. I have found some models online but not that are printable and I am not confident enough in my own ability to make a printable model of such. I am looking for this in order to print a paperweight printed model of the Palast. Below are various images of the building. I would prefer a creator who could also texture the model so that I could have a colored version printed. Please give quotes!

P.S. The model must be of the building in its original, unblemished state prior to any of the demolition that occurred (including the GDR/DDR seal on the front).

Can you provide plans and elevations? I have a Master's in Architecture and can definitely do this, but I would need at least one plan and all elevations.
Textures are not a problem, those can be generated nice and clean from renders, then reaplied to the 3d model.

I believe this http://fiedel.dyndns.org/Palast_der_Republik/ is the plan for the Palast. If its not complete/you would need something more extensive, please let me know and I will continue to search for a more detailed plan document.
